Whether you are struggling with a mental health disorder such as anxiety or depression, are experiencing low self-esteem or relationship issues, or are just feeling like life is too hard right now, individual counseling can help.
In individual counseling, I will work with you to identify your concerns and goals. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process your experiences, and offer tools, information, and evidence-based practices that will help you feel better.
I know that when you are in the midst of an overwhelming experience, or are feeling exhausted and run-down, reaching out for help can be really hard. But once you take that step, we can begin working together to help you feel better. You don’t need to keep struggling- there is help and hope!
