Meet Hart Haragutchi, MA, LMHC
It’s time to reclaim your life.
You remember a time when you didn’t feel overwhelmed and trapped by anxiety, self-doubt, or painful memories… But it’s been a while. You’re ready to feel better and move forward.
You’ve come to the right place, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Hi! I’m Hart, and I work with women just like you. Smart, insightful, motivated women who want to live a life that’s peaceful, joyful, and authentic to them. They’ve done everything they can think of to ease their anxiety, get clear about what they want out of life, or move on from traumatic experiences but they’ve gotten stuck. They need some support and tools to get unstuck so they can move forward with their lives.
I help my clients find peace, clarity, and healing by addressing the roots of the challenges they’re facing. While we’re working towards sustained change, I equip them with practical, concrete tools to help them reconnect with their most authentic, confident selves.
Often, many of today’s solutions for anxiety, life transitions, or trauma are either insight-focused or action-focused. Sometimes insight-only solutions leave clients understanding how and why they’re struggling, but they’re not sure what to do to actually make real, tangible changes. Action-only solutions might provide short-term relief but leave many clients feeling like they’ve just scratched the surface of true healing.
I know that you’re looking for deep, sustained healing and you also want to start feeling better now! I use an integrative approach that helps you to develop healing insight while also taking real actions to bring more calm, confidence, and peace into your daily life right away.
Working with me
My style has been described as warm, approachable, and compassionate. I partner with you on your journey towards healing, bringing together my clinical expertise with your expertise about you. I value working collaboratively with my clients, adjusting our focus or approach as needed so that you feel safe, seen, and supported.
My approach
Integrative
I use a mix of action-oriented and insight-oriented therapeutic modalities, including IFS, ACT, and Brainspotting. I also use techniques from other models such as CBT, DBT, existentialism, and somatic therapy, based on your needs and preferences.
Person-centered
I approach our work together from a place of non-judgment, respect, and belief in your inherent worthiness as a human being.
Strengths-based
I believe in your inherent resilience, and help you tap into your natural strengths, abilities, and gifts to support you in moving towards the life you want to live.
Trauma-informed
The principles of trauma-informed care- safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment- are the foundation of all of our work together.
