Telehealth sessions are available to clients who are physically located in Washington during their appointment.

My rate is $160 per 50 minute session.

I offer a limited number of reduced fee spots through Open Path Collective.

No, I do not accept insurance.

I can provide you with a superbill which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

I use an integrative, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach that’s tailored to your specific needs and preferences. I have advanced training in ACT, IFS, and Brainspotting. I also incorporate tapping (EFT) and techniques from other therapeutic modalities as clinically appropriate.

During your first appointment we will go over all of the necessary paperwork. We’ll talk about the process of therapy and I will answer any questions you have. Then I’ll ask you questions to understand your history, your present concerns, and your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll make a plan for how to best address your concerns and achieve your goals.
