How it works

Ready to get started?

  1. Reach out to schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk by phone for about 15 minutes. I’ll ask you some questions to help determine if I’m the right therapist for you and answer any questions you may have. If you’re ready to get started, we can schedule your first appointment at the end of our phone call.

  2. Together, we’ll identify your goals and make a plan to help you achieve them. We’ll meet weekly for 50 minutes, either in-person at my office or online from anywhere in Washington state.

  3. You’ll put your newfound insight and skills into action! As you reconnect with yourself, learn a life that reflects who you really are and what you really want!
